United Artists Labour/UAL recently started its own development based on 15 years long experience in the field of collaborative artistic and theoretical practice stemming from previous organization TkH/Walking Theory.
The aim of the organization is to provide a platform for independent artists in Belgrade, but also elsewhere for production in the field of performing and visual arts based on critical research through exploring collectivity and collaboration formats in artistic processes and knowledge and experience exchange.
The main objective of the UAL is to reinforce and explore the critical and experimental practices / discourses in contemporary performing and visual arts in the local context, as well as in wider, regional and international context.
Key activities involve production of artistic works as well as research in various modes of knowledge production and dissemination.
